Takes 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can (14 ounce) beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked mafalda or corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Add broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Heat to a boil.
- heat for 10 min. or until pasta is done. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
Changes : I didn't use the garlic powder, and I just sliced 2 tomatoes used 2 1/2 cups of egg noodles because I have a bigger family.
