
This is a really yummy quinoa snack or desert that i made for myself this weekend! It is so easy to make, very filling and it is pretty good for you too! Enjoy!
1/2 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/4c dried cranberries
2tbsp chopped pecans
1tbsp green pumpkin seeds
2tbsp slivered almonds
3/4 c. Cooked quinoa
Cinnamon and brown sugar - sprinkled to taste
Mix all ingredients. Chill and enjoy!
