Home made Cauliflower Soup!

         My mother had extra cauliflower in my house so I decided to make a cauliflower soup!

Ingredients:
2 cups of cauliflower 
1 cup of water 
1 cup of milk 
1 cream of mushroom can
1 package of vegetable mix 
A dash of pepper and salt 


Directions: 
1. Cut up the Cauliflower into small pieces, then put the cauliflower in a pot with milk and water. 
2. Add in cream of mushroom can and the package of vegetable mix and mix together.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat or until cauliflower is soft and cooked.
4. Once the cauliflower is soft and cooked, cool it.
5. Blend once it has cooled.
6. Pour into a bowl and ready to be eaten!!
