Brown Sugar with Ginger soup

Some of the people in my class are having a cold recently.
So I am wondering if we I can make that to heal a little bit of my cold.
All the ingredients that are included all good for our health.
Brown sugar help to warm up our body, ginger can prevent the bad cold and also warm up your stomach


Ingredients:

ginger

 garlic
brown sugar

red dates

medlar


directions:
cook the water in the pan
add  ginger pieces that are diced

when it boiled  add the brown sugar in for 2 minutes
than add the diced garlic in for 3 minutes

the other ingredients are optional
but if you want you can have them in the water longer


to heal a bad cold you can bite the ginger pieces
and you should drink them when it is still hot.

My mom tried once to drink half of a pan of the soup
then her cold was healed over night.
