Watermelon Limeade

Tonight I made watermelon limeade from a recipe I got off of marthastewart. Everybody in my family said it was delicious, easy to make, & I will definitely be making it again in the summer.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of chopped, seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 2 tbsps of sugar
  • mint leaves
Directions:

  • Cut the watermelon & squeeze out the lime juice into a large bowl.
  • Puree it together along with the sugar. If the mixture isn't sweet enough, add 2 more tbsps of sugar.
  • Pour into a glass & add ice & the mint leaves. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before drinking.
Changes:
The only changes I made was that I added 4 tbsps of sugar instead of 2.
